Yes, pursuing National Board Certification provokes a kaleidoscope of emotions, but there is a way certification can take place in a manageable, doable and attainable method.
Complete only ONE component a semester. This is the flexible two year process and removes a lot of pressure and stress.
One of the main issues candidates face with the certification process is where and how to get started. We provided suggested timelines and assignments. By identifying a starting point, you quickly become engaged and save time.

Financial Information
- The state of Mississippi will reimburse all first time candidates the cost of each component ($475) once you receive your score reports.
- You can Pay-as-You-Go on the components
- Numerous local backs will provide low interest loans to candidates
- The WCTP charges a minimal enrollment fee of $50
